Mr. Benjamin Stone has engaged in cancer and
physiology research at the University of Iowa and has been involved in
several published research papers and presented abstracts. Mr. Stone has
authored several patent applications and has successfully prosecuted
patents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.He has experience in grant writing, business planning, production
system design, marketing strategy, contract writing, clinical trials
design, product design, public relations, regulatory affairs, fund
raising, and general business management. He has successfully marketed a
wide variety of services and products. Mr. Stone's Bachelor of Science
Degree is from the University of Iowa.

Dr.
Sarah England is a tenured associate professor and prominent researcher
at the Department of Biophysics and Physiology at the University of Iowa
Carver College of Medicine. Dr. England's research has been published in
the Journal of Physiology, Journal of Biological Chemistry,
Science,and the American Journal of Physiology. In
2005, Dr. England was one of seven health professionals nationwide to be
named to the prestigious Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Congressional
Fellowship and served in the office of U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton. She
has been appointed as special assistant to the Vice President of Medical
Affairs at the University of Iowa. Dr. England received a PhD from the
Medical College of Wisconsin.

Mr.
David Kemper, PCM is the President of
KemperStrategy, Inc., a consulting firm that focuses on the development,
launch and growth of early-stage technology companies. David is one of
about 300 people in this country who has achieved PCM certification by
the American Marketing Association. He has nearly 20 years' sales, marketing, and management experience in both international and domestic
markets, and businesses ranging from startups to $200 million in
revenue. Mr. Kemper has an MBA from Western Carolina University and a BS
in Industrial Engineering from NC State University. He
currently serves on the Board of Advisors of the WCU College of Business
and the Board of Advisors of the Blue Ridge Entrepreneurial Council. He
has served as a director of several corporations, including Glen Raven
Mexicana, Chemtronix, and Wellco Enterprises.
