Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer must meet the minimum qualifications described below and should be willing to take on additional work as needed. Experience working for early stage companies is preferred. Position may begin as part time commitment for a short period with flexible hours.  Candidates willing to work with equity as the sole remuneration for the first 6-9 months will be  considered for election to the board of directors.     Minimum Qualifications:
         -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a closely related field. 
         -An advanced degree and/or graduate training in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Business 
          is desired.
         -Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
         - Five (5) years experience in management, financial management and public accounting experience
         preferred.
         -Experience raising capital preferred
